XXL Nutrition’s new Protein & Oats is a shake that is much like its previously released Instant Protein Oats, but premixed and immediately available to drink. The innovation has exactly what you’d expect from its name, with milk isolate to provide 30g of protein in a 500ml bottle, and nutritious oat flour for an equal 30g of carbohydrates. The sugar is reasonably low at 5.5g from the 30g alongside 12g of fat, all leading toward a wholesome 363 calories to start your day.
Protein & Oats is a nice and balanced meal replacement, that works great in the morning with the milk protein and oat flour, although it could be used at anytime throughout the day with that one-to-one protein-to-carbohydrate ratio.
