Shamrock Farms is a major dairy company that plays in the space of readyu-to-drink protein with its Rockin’ Protein line of beverages. The product is simply named the Rockin’ Protein Shake, and there are two versions available: the regular 12oz with 30g of protein and the much bigger 19oz with 50g. There are other items under the Rockin’ Protein banner, including Energy and Recovery, although here we’re focusing on the core protein shakes.
There is a new flavor out this month for the larger Rockin’ Protein Shake, specifically Protein Shake Max, the much bigger variety, packing 50g of complete protein per bottle. Joining the other more traditional tastes for the beverage in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry, is something a bit more uncommon in Chocolate Banana. The brand has blended rich chocolate and smooth banana into a milkshake-like drink with 50g of protein and 320 calories.
The all-new Chocolate Banana Rockin’ Protein Shake Max is out now in stores and coolers, and there hasn’t been any mention of a limited edition status, so despite how standout the flavor profile is, it sounds like it’s here for good.
