M-Stak is one of the longest-running supplements from the hardcore legacy brand Animal, known for its original multivitamin Animal Pak, but again, it has a few other products well-known by its fans. M-Stak is a non-hormonal formula that can be stacked with other supplements the brand has in the muscle-building category, like Animal Stak and Animal Test. The brand has now decided it’s time to make a few tweaks to M-Stak, as we’ve seen it do to some others in recent years.
The refreshed Animal M-Stak formula has its similarities to the original but a few of its own distinct features. It all begins with a 725mg blend led by 400mg of Peak ATP to support performance, power output, and muscular contractions, plus the phytosterols and ecdysteroid sources cyanotis vaga and ajuga turkestanica. All of those components were in Animal’s previous version of M-Stak except for Peak ATP, so you’re getting a bit more performance and endurance on this.
The BCAAs, taurine, and carnitine are still present in the 2026 refresh of Animal M-Stak, combining for the same 3g to assist muscle retention, recovery, and endurance. Next up, there is anabolic support from a 1.325g adaptogen and absorption blend, led by a gram of PeakO2 alongside ashwagandha and AstraGin for performance, resilience, and nutrient uptake. Next is half a gram of a simpler insulin potentiating complex with fenugreek, cinnamon, and banaba, and finally, an identical energy blend with caffeine anhydrous, kola nut, and guarana stacking for 500mg a serving.
A lot of Animal M-Stak has remained the same, especially in terms of intentions and benefits, with the most notable changes coming in the uptick in performance support, from the reliable PeakO2 mushroom blend and Peak ATP.
