ESN makes a sustained-release beta-alanine for more comfortable tingle-free consumption

Esn Betacharge Beta Alanine

Something fans of ESN may have noticed is that most of, if not all of its pre-workout style supplements don’t use the ever-present performance-supporting beta-alanine. That includes its premier competitors in the category, in Crank, the pump-powering Crank Pump Pro, and the more advanced Crank Ultimate. The German giant does sell it separately for those who want to add it in, and starting today, there is a second, more intriguing standalone beta-alanine.

The newest beta-alanine product from ESN is called BetaCharge Beta-Alanine, which is a bit different from standard beta-alanine. BetaCharge is a patented ingredient that utilizes sustained-release technology, and in turn, it reduces, if not eliminates, the classic beta-alanine tingle side-effect. It’s a versatile alternative for fans who want to add the performance-power of beta-alanine to their pre-workout or any other supplement, and prefer to avoid the pins and needles.

BetaCharge Beta-Alanine comes in a tub of 300g, which works out to 80 unflavored servings with a solid 3g of sustained-release beta-alanine in each. The price on this one is a bit higher than the previously released standard Beta Alanine at €16.90 (19.79 USD) versus €13.90 for almost 50% more servings with 117.
