Kosso Nutrition debuts its latest and greatest pre-workout The GOAT

Kosso Nutrition The Goat

Kosso Nutrition in the Netherlands came prepared to FIBO this year, where it debuted a completely new high-end pre-workout by the name of The GOAT. It is the most advanced and expensive pre-workout available from the brand, beyond any of its other competitors, and it is deserving of the name. Kosso has stacked the hell out of this one, as you’d expect from a premium pre-workout, with plenty of energy, focus, pumps, and performance.

The GOAT covers performance with an almost double dose of the classic beta-alanine at 6g a serving and 2g of taurine, then for pumps, you get a heavy 10g of straight citrulline, 300mg of pine bark, 3g of betaine, and 4g of GlycerBlast glycerol. There is definitely a good amount of umps to Kosso Nutrition’s latest and greatest pre-workout, with a touch of focus, but then on the sensory side, there are plenty of active ingredients to be excited about.

Kosso Nutrition The Goat Label

Kosso Nutrition’s The GOAT pre-workout delivers plenty of focus, cognition, and drive from 1.5g of tyrosine, a solid 300mg of the proven Cognizin citicoline, and a gram of phenylalanine. Bringing everything home in terms of energy is 350mg of caffeine, which is on the high side for the European market, and 300mg of the premium caffeineless stimulant, enXtra, plus a 50mg hit of Astragin to ramp up absorption of everything.

The GOAT is a mild step up or even a moderate alternative to Kosso Nutrition’s previous premier competitor, Pre-Workout Extreme 2.0, where you get a similar balance of benefits, but no premium ingredients like Cognizin, enXtra, and Astragin. You do get some bigger dosages in that, but not as much variety in components and support. Kosso has The GOAT available to sample, win, and buy at FIBO this year, in two flavors, each very distinct in its own direction with Sweet Sunburn and Sour hour featuring glow-in-the-dark labels.
