Local German brand Mucki has released two new flavors or varieties of its signature protein drink, and it has brought them both to this year’s FIBO Expo in Cologne, Germany. For those not familiar with the brand, it primarily makes a nutritious selection of ready-to-drink protein products, which vary in flavor as well as formula in some cases. As an example, the Cacao Mucki Protein is plant-based, Vanilla is classic skimmed milk, and the Pineapple Guava beverage has whey isolate, EAAs, and caffeine.
The newest items to hit the Mucki catalog are on the traditional side, featuring its standard skimmed milk formula that provides a solid 40g of protein per bottle, around 20g of carbohydrates, practically all of that sugar, 2g or less fat, and just over 250 calories. As for the flavors, one is as straightforward as you can get with Chocolate Milk, for a rich and creamy chocolate taste, and the other is Schweden Bomben, inspired by the Swedish treat Schwedenbombe, for a delicious mix of chocolate, marshmallow, and coconut.
Mucki has brought both its Chocolate Milk and Schweden Bomben Protein Drinks to FIBO, where it has a much more expansive presence than last year, and it is sampling and selling them to visitors. They’re also available for purchase straight from the brand’s online store at €34.99 (41.21 USD) for a case of 12.
