Ostrovit in Poland has plenty of straightforward, standalone supplements available, including HMB, which is both the title and only ingredient in the product. It is a basic, unflavored powder for you to dose and use how you please, and with 210g per tub, that’s plenty of HMB for you to run through. For those who aren’t fans of powder supplements, the extensive company has now come out with a more convenient way to go that’s equally as simple.
In addition to the much longer-running powder product, Ostrovit has introduced HMB 2400, a capsule alternative, and as per the name, it comes with 2.4g of recovery and muscle growth supporting HMB per serving. Those servings are from two capsules, meaning you get 1.2g of HMB in each, and again, like the powder, the standalone formula still gives you the ability to chop and change the dosing to your preference, just in amounts of 1.2g.
There are two sizes for Ostrovit’s new HMB 2400, a bottle of 120 capsules or a double-sized 240 count. As per usual, the bigger one is better value but only by a small amount, with the smaller variety at 34.99 zł (9.72 USD) and the larger is 66.99 zł (18.61 USD).
