PEAQ introduces its all-out hydration drink in a formula-leaning Salty Apple flavor

Peaq Pro

Swiss functional beverage brand PEAQ has a few different products on the market, each marked by its name and individual flavor, such as the vitamin-based Balance and the caffeinated magnesium drink Boost. They all have a similar sort of focus on particular areas of health and wellness, although that balance has been taken up a notch with the brand’s slightly more expensive and premium PEAQ Pro.

The newly released PEAQ Pro is an all-out hydration beverage, loaded with electrolytes, or at least more loaded than any of the other functional drinks it has available. The Pro name gets across the point of the product rather promptly, openly stating that it’s for a more physically demanding situation. Again, it’s all about hydration on this one, and it has the electrolytes to back it up with a carefully selected 673mg combined in a 16oz bottle, breaking down to 246mg of sodium, 371mg of chloride, and 56mg of calcium.

As mentioned, PEAQ Pro is a more expensive functional drink compared to any of its other offerings, including the likes of Recharge, Activate, and the recently released Flow. In saying that, it’s not that much more, where through the brand’s website, it’s about 5% more at CHF 2.95 (3.78 USD) each in a pack of 12. Like those other PEAQ beverages, Pro does have its own distinct flavor, which is completely sugar-free and creatively leans into the salty sodium in an intriguing Salty Apple.
