The 5th product to add to the killer line up is now a post workout recovery supp. Concentrated of course. Sadly the ingredients on this are not looking so promising. MyoBuild seems to be using amino acids, creatine, beta alanine and some extracts that from other product reviews, not too exciting. Though this maybe the first post workout concentrate the company really should have taken note on the successors of this area who have probably thought of it but did not go concentrate for a reason.
