Body Fortress might be pushing the affordability idea on to people but if their pre-workout creations are anything to go by, they are not worth the money no matter how cheap they are. Super Advanced NOS (SAN) and NOS Concentrate are meant to or should be two very different supplements. Instead of offering two different formulas and taking advantage of each forms upsides. Fortress are basically promoting a 100mg caffeine scoop with the high point being white willow extract. Outside of the weak ass 1.2g BCAA shot and some vinpocetine SAN is just the concentrated version with 8g of carbs. The smaller option’s scoop might weigh in at 11g but it’s complexes total 1.65g more than it’s ‘bigger’ brother. Cheap tricks and shortcuts may capture the attention of the average Joe but any real enthusiast can spot shit on the shelf – Body Fortress.
