The more than experienced veteran goes over his training, mishaps from the years and how much work he has been putting in to improve his physique. Like all pro bodybuilders the ex-Muscletech athlete wants to stay in the big show and next year it will be even harder as the Olympia qualifiers have to win shows to make the cut, no more seconds or thirds (specific shows).
