The breakdown includes 504mg of sodium, 252mg of potassium, 125mg of magnesium, and 61mg of calcium for a combined total that’s just shy of a gram at 942mg of electrolytes. It’s quite a robust blend for hydration support during a workout or throughout the day.
Muscle Nation Hydration has gone live through its retail partner Woolworths, a giant supermarket in its home country of Australia, with over 1,000 locations. The supplement comes in boxes of 14 stick packs, and the price is not too bad, falling just under the $10 (6.67 USD) mark.
