ANS Performance have been teasing their pre-workout Ritual in all the right ways. Leaking ingredient by ingredient, drip feeding their fans every detail of the science based supplement. The latest bit of information has come after the reveal of 3.2mg of beta alanine, 1g of Agampure and 3g of citrulline. Xanthaurine is another well known feature that will be making the final cut of Ritual. For those who may not have heard of the ingredient, it does go by another name quercetin. ANS have dosed it at 200mg which is definitely right up there as it is the same amount as Xpand 2x and Muscletech’s NaNO Vapor, at 67mg per scoop. Believe it or not the excitement doesn’t end here. Apparently the brand still have a number announcements left to make with Ritual’s formula reveal only half complete.
