The complete 2013 Protein Report, Optimum Nutrition help educate the market on protein

Optimum Nutrition's 2013 Protein Report

Protein Report is an information website put together by Optimum Nutrition. By the looks of things it is updated every year to include new supplements from the brand, and facts if there are any worth publishing. The 2013 edition of Protein Report was probably uploaded a while ago. However it does seem rather relevant today, as it pushes for the same sort honesty USP Labs are promoting with their beta tested OxyElite Protein. The well put together site has a number of pages about timing, mixing, stacking, common questions, and even a complete PDF guide. Of all the areas, section c of the basics category is probably the best one to check out. It doesn’t go into detail about the glycine spiking as described by USP Labs in their Inner Circle email. But it does instruct readers how to check for a quality formula and value for money. If you did find the OxyElite Protein backstory from last week a good read, then Protein Report will also be worth your time.
