Early last year German American Technologies introduced the 5lb protein powder Supertein. At the time, it was on the market alongside the brand’s other protein formula Prolein. Which was expected to be discontinued, as the newer Supertein had the exact same contents per gram as the 3lb only Prolein. Despite it’s short lived time on the market, Supertein did eventually knockout Prolein making it the only protein powder in the GAT line up. The previously 5lb only product has now been around for almost a year and a half, an amount of time that the brand believe makes the supplement worthy of an update. Instead of adding to it’s menu of three, German American have put into production a 2lb size of the protein formula. The smaller tub packs in 23 servings compared to the original’s 56, and is expected to land in the 5lb’s three flavors, rich chocolate, rich vanilla, and strawberries & creme.
