Firstly Fitmark have made the item’s side pockets expandable, turning your average zip pocket into a compartment big enough to fit two shakers or bottles either side. Moving around to the back the Shield has a magazine or book slip pocket, as well as a groove to attach the bag to a luggage handle. Going in the interior Fitmark have packed three large meal containers, a large and a medium ice pack, and finally a custom divided pill and powder holder, featuring a lid to allow for dispensing of individual sections.
