Stack3d spike-free certification open to any and all protein powder producers

Last week we posted the results from our first lab tested Stack3d Certified protein powder, American Muscle’s Premium Whey. We initially put the challenge out a few months ago now, taking applications and questions from brands through certified@stack3d.com. We had a number of companies take interest in the certification, but for now it is just American Muscle who have proven their supplement is truly amino spike free and is what it says on it’s label. As we’ve mentioned a few times now the process is quite simple. We purchase a tub of whatever the product is, from the same place everyone else can get it from such as an online retailer. From there we send the supplement straight to the lab without it even touching our hands, then test it for any (added) free form amino acids and creatine, as well as a protein total. The results are then finally uploaded unedited of course to certified.stack3d.com. The cost of it all does fall back on the brand, which for some could be quite expensive. But with the issue of amino spiking becoming more and more of a problem, and it being quite difficult to educate everyone, a third party certification is just what honest formulas need to stand out above the rest. We will continue to push brands to take part, and also encourage you to ask your favorite company to prove their stuff as well.
