Premier to follow in the footsteps of Quest with their two flavor Whey Protein

Like all good on-the-go protein companies, there comes a time where edible and premixed supplements aren’t enough. We saw one of the best in the business do it last year despite going in as many directions as they could before needing to, with Quest Nutrition launching their five flavor protein powder. We do also know they are going to release a few more powders thanks to their preview of MCT Oil, Brown Rice and Coconut Oil Powder. Regardless of how well Quest have done with their powder efforts, it is Premier Protein we’re talking about today who have now confirmed their interest in the protein category. The brand most known for their ready-to-drink solutions and protein bars have unveiled Whey Protein, a 3lb 100% whey formula coming in two flavors. The traditional tastes are chocolate and vanilla milkshake, each packing per serving 30g of protein, 8g of carbohydrates (1g fiber, 2g sugar), total of 4g of fat (2g saturated) and 180 calories. For more information you can visit Premier’s website where the Whey Proteins have now been added, although will only be available through Sam’s Club.
