RSP Nutrition fans will already know of the brand’s endurance and recovery formula Regen, and the more recently released individual BCAA 3:1:1. RSP have now got a supplement called Regen BCAA, which is a little different compared to the other BCAA products. Like the original Regen and the straightforward BCAA 3:1:1, Regen BCAA is based around a strong dose of BCAAs dosed at 6g per serving and at a ratio of 2:1:1. Other ingredients in the supplement are citrulline malate at 1g, 250mg of raw coconut water and 5mg of BioPerine black pepper extract. RSP’s Regen BCAA doesn’t have as much as what we believe to be its predecessor (Regen) in terms of contents variety, it does however pack a heavier dose of BCAAs and enough extras to set it apart from the basic BCAA 3:1:1. Moving on to the menu of Regen BCAA it features almost the same options as Regen with fruit punch, lemon lime, pomegranate and watermelon, only leaving out unflavored.
