After more than a year of waiting it now looks like Gifted Nutrition may be getting ready to release its presumed pre-workout BYLT. Believe it or not the brand has finally got the supplement on display here at the Olympia Expo this weekend, which does also mean we now know what’s in it and what category it actually belongs to. While initially we did think BYLT was some kind of pre-workout based on its description and promotion, the product is in fact an intra-workout.
Being an intra-workout supplement Gifted has of course packed BYLT with some BCAAs, throwing in a 3g dose at a ratio of 2:1:1. Also in the product you have 1g each of CarnoSyn beta-alanine and taurine, as well as half a gram of Sustamine glutamine. All together the ingredients add up to a 9g serving size for Gifted’s BYLT, with a total of 30 servings per tub and at least one flavor to choose from when it launches in Grape.
