Earlier in the year Body Nutrition confirmed that it was working on a natural version of its flagship protein formula Trutein. That supplement has now officially arrived and is available for purchase. The launch has also confirmed the contents of the product, which sees very little difference between the original and Trutein Naturals, aside of course from the fact that it has no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. The macros are all pretty much the same, with the biggest change being the percentages of its protein sources.
Basically instead of being 40% whey, 40% micellar casein and 20% egg white, Trutein Naturals comes in with just a little less egg at 45% whey, 45% casein and 10% egg white. Moving on to the supplement’s menu, Body Nutrition has given Trutein Naturals a total of four flavors, all coming in two sizes. Making up the 2 and 4lb lists are Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, CinnaBun, Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Bean.
