Bodybuilding.com releases an official statement following Jym’s GNC launch

jym gnc

Last week a few of Jim Stoppani’s Jym Supplement Science products went on sale at GNC in a handful of different flavors. Fans have asked a lot of different questions about the brand since then, such as where they should go to purchase the line now, GNC or the original stockist Bodybuilding.com? To help clear things up the major online retailer has now posted an official statement.

Bodybuilding.com starts its statement off with a few key facts that have remained true since Jym was launched. The company “created and owns the JYM trademark”, it “created and owns the JYM labels”, “manufactures the JYM products available on Bodybuilding.com”, and it “formulates, tests and certifies JYM products available on Bodybuilding.com”. As mentioned the online retailer also clear things up with fans in two very precise paragraphs.

Recently, Bodybuilding.com learned that supplements with the JYM name on them were manufactured without our permission or involvement and are now being sold by an unauthorized retailer who never consulted with us.

The JYM products available on Bodybuilding.com are genuine, safe, FDA compliant, and have the same high quality standards since we launched the brand three years ago. JYM products being sold by other retailers were not authorized by Bodybuilding.com and are being sold without our permission.

You can read Bodybuilding.com’s full statement about its Jym line on its website.
