Overtraining Solution aims to boost recovery and improve immune function

Just yesterday the next supplement from the collaborative brand Ambrosia was unveiled, introducing the interestingly named Overtraining Solution. Details on what the product has been designed to do and what ingredients it’s going to feature have now been confirmed, revealing a formula that as expected is quite unique.

Based on the description we’ve been given, it sounds like Ambrosia’s upcoming Overtraining Solution aims to help push your workouts to the limit by boosting recovery as well as your immune system. It does this with two main ingredients, one mostly for the promise of recovery and the other for your immune system.

The ingredient responsible for Overtraining Solution’s recovery is an unknown amount of a unique form of colostrum. Ambrosia officially lists the feature as recovery fraction peptides (RFP) from first milking colostrum, which is said to provide an optimal balance of proline rich peptides and immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, and IgM). As mentioned this one is mostly included for its recovery effects but also promises to help optimize your immune system and protein synthesis.

The other ingredient in Overtraining Solution is a branded version of spirulina extract called Immulina from ChromaDex. This one is solely included for its ability to boost immune function, a system that is always pushed when training intensely. There is actually one other feature to Overtraining Solution with AstraGin, which has been added to help with the absorption of the entire formula.

Just like Ambrosia’s last new release, Overtraining Solution is going to be available for pre-order first, followed by a full launch. We don’t know exactly when all of that is going down, but we do have an idea on how much the supplement is going to cost. The retailer Tiger Fitness has already listed Overtraining Solution and with a price of $49.99 for the product’s Unflavored 40 serving tub.
