Of all the multi-function supplements in BPI Sports’ new GNC exclusive series, there is just one that is being promoted as a 3-in-1 formula, whereas the rest are 2-in-1s. The more complex product is the recovery enhancing amino competitor officially titled Amino Strong.
The three main effects BPI has managed to squeeze into the one supplement include help with building lean muscle, increased strength, and prevention of muscle breakdown by improving recovery. Some of the ingredients the brand has pulled together for Amino Strong should actually be familiar to fans, as the product does incorporate Oligopeptide-Enzymatic Technology as seen in Best BCAA.

Amino Strong is in fact one of the more transparent formulas in BPI’s latest line, which is led by a 5g blend of BCAAs and a handful of other amino acids. Following on from that the supplement features 3g each of micronized creatine monohydrate and citrulline HCl, a gram of betaine anhydrous, then lastly the series’ consistent Liposomal Delivery System made up of phosphatidylserine and phytosterol.
