Giant Riot Review: Everything you need for a great workout

giant riot review

Giant Riot is Giant Sports’ more complete DMHA pre-workout, that originally attracted us with its promising list of ingredients and effects. After we saw quite a few good reviews on the supplement we figured we’d purchase a tub and put it to the test. It turns out Riot is as good as everyone says, being an effective pre-workout that has certainly impressed us.

Before we get into how the product performs in the gym, we have to go over dosing on this one as it did vary for us. While the maximum of one serving is probably the best amount for most, you might want to experiment a little, especially if one doesn’t feel like enough. Some of the reviewers here needed a heaping scoop or one and a bit to get the best experience.

All the energy you need

Like with most effective DMHA pre-workouts, Giant Riot doesn’t have too much of a kick. It gradually increases 10 or so minutes after taking it, slowly building an unforgettable combination of energy and focus. The energy definitely isn’t too stimulating, being the right amount to get you amped for each and every set. It’s also smooth and steady enough for you to feel in control your entire workout, and not like you’re unnaturally being dragged through it.

Drive like no other

While the energy in Giant Riot is about as good as it gets, or at least at a level we’d consider all you need, the focus side of the supplement is probably the highlight of the whole experience. The mental effect doesn’t really become too noticeable until you’re about one or two exercises in, but when it’s activated you’ll find yourself with an absurd amount of drive. The focus combines with the energy to create a mindset that’ll make you want to rep a little more and lift a little heavier.

Enough for a good pump

Being a complete pre-workout, the effects in Giant Riot don’t just end there. The powerful product also packs a strong dose of pump. It’s not quite as good as the other effects in the supplement, although you get more than enough to get you to that unnatural pump level. The effect kind of sits in between the full and bloated type, and dense and intense, giving you a deep, painful pump you won’t forget.

No real downsides

The only downside to Giant Riot is it doesn’t give you much in the performance and endurance department. If you like to lift heavy, hard, and limit your rest periods, it won’t help with the usual exhaustion that comes with all of that. Fortunately, the lack of performance and endurance allows you to feel the energy, focus, and pump a whole lot more. If anything, extra effects would probably just throw off Giant Riot’s balance, which to be honest is both impressive and unique as it is.

Powerful and cost-effective

Not only has Giant Riot surprised us with a complete combination of effects as the pre-workout promised, but each of those effects are on level most supplements only dream of delivering. What’s even better is that the energy, focus, and pump all work so well together, and don’t overlap or interrupt, just amplify one another. Giant Riot is easily one of the most enjoyable pre-workouts on the market right now, and costing as low as $20 when on sale, it is the most cost-effective, effective pre-workout out there.
