Giant puts classic creatine monohydrate into delicious gummy format

Giant Bites Creatine Gummies

The team at Giant has introduced a new supplement this week and while the ingredient it’s based around is one of the longest-running and most known in the world of sports nutrition, the format it has been produced in is certainly not common. The brand lays most of the details out in the name of the product with Creatine Bites, so it is an edible creatine supplement, coming in soft and squishy, strawberry-flavored gummy candies, all while providing a fair amount of creatine that can get to a full dose, but you don’t get many servings.

Gaint’s Creatine Bites are made with tried and true creatine monohydrate, long known for its ability to increase, enhance, and support muscle strength, power, and performance, and the amount you get per gummy is 1.25g. There are 90 gummies per bottle, so if you take four for the full 5g of creatine, that will be enough for 22 servings, and do note that each gummy has 2g of sugar and 10 calories. If you’d like to give the functional take on creatine supplementation, Giant is running a sale on its website where instead of $34.99, you can take home a bottle for $24.50.
