Up until this week we had only really heard about Muscletech’s upcoming Protein Cookie, with no real preview or complete look at the product. Today however, everything you need to know about the delicious looking snack has been released as well as a full look at it, to help get fans ready for its upcoming launch.
Muscletech officially describes its Protein Cookie as a wholesome, high-protein, gluten free, soft baked snack. The brand also says unlike its competitors, the Muscletech Protein Cookie doesn’t use wheat protein, instead it relies primarily on whey protein due to its significantly higher biological value.
Moving on to the product’s slightly more interesting nutrition numbers, the Muscletech Protein Cookie is quite a large cookie weighing in at 92g, so it’s no surprise its macros are also pretty big. Each cookie packs 18g of protein, a rather large 49g of carbohydrates with 8g of that fiber and 14g sugar, 9g of fat (5g saturated), for a total of 350 calories.
While edible products do usually vary from flavor to flavor when it comes to macros, that’s not actually the case for the three flavors of the Muscletech Protein Cookie. Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chip, and Triple Chocolate, all have the exact same numbers, despite their ingredients varying slightly.
