Nuts & Bolts pre-workout
In total Muscularity Rx Nuts & Bolts features 30 servings, made up of six different ingredients including a massive 4g of beta-alanine, 8g of citrulline malate at a 2:1 ratio, supplying between 4.5 to 5.7g of pure citrulline. A solid 5g of creatine monohydrate, 250mg of theanine, and half a gram of taurine. As you can see, you get full doses of everything, with nothing really cut short.
There is also caffeine in Nuts & Bolts, and this is where the customizability plays a part. The pre-workout actually comes in two versions, one with 200mg of caffeine per serving and one with 400mg. It is essentially your choice as to which one you go with. If you prefer a high dose, go for 400mg, if not, go for 200mg. As the brand grows, it does plan on expanding further into 100 and 300mg options as well.
Bolts for rest days
As for the other Muscularity Rx product simply named Bolts, this is another one that shows the brand’s creativity. Bolts is intended to be the Nuts & Bolts for rest days, featuring everything you need to keep taking on your days off without any of the stimulants. The Bolts formula is exactly the same as Nuts & Bolts minus the caffeine and theanine.
