As we’ve seen it do many times before, Dedicated Nutrition has gone back and updated one of its current supplements. This is something it does quite a lot, as opposed to reformulating and renaming a product something like 2.0 or V2, or even reintroducing it under an entirely new name.
The Dedicated supplement getting the update this time around is one of the many we’ve tried and like, with the nighttime sleep and recovery formula Re-Grow. The brand hasn’t made too many changes to the product, in fact, there is just one thing different with the new and improved version.
Dedicated Re-Grow now has another proven sleep aid ingredient in its arsenal with melatonin, included at 1mg per capsule, which works out to a total of 3mg when taking the supplement’s maximum of three capsules. Everything else in the nighttime supplement is exactly the same as it was in the original including 450mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha and 375mg of velvet bean.
The minor change to the product is without a doubt, only going to make it better, especially since the original formula was not altered at all. When we reviewed Re-Grow, we found the deepness of its sleep to be one of its more impressive highlights, something melatonin will likely improve further.
