Generation Iron’s Heart Of A Dragon starring Hidetada Yamagishi

From Stack3d
Heart Of A Dragon Hidetada Yamagishi

The team behind the sequel bodybuilding documentary Generation Iron 2, has released another, much shorter documentary entirely about one of the stars of its sequel film. Now available for viewing online is Heart Of A Dragon, a 12-minute story of the Gaspari athlete Hidetada Yamagishi.

The video is mostly about Hidetada Yamagishi’s placing at this year’s Arnold Classic 212 contest, which is also the primary focus of his story in Generation Iron 2. The drama of it all is that Hidetada ended up taking sixth place, a massive drop from his first place finish at the 2016 Arnold Classic.

The rest of the Heart Of A Dragon documentary goes over Hidetada’s decision to shut it down in terms of competing for the rest of 2017 and get back into training. The video also features footage of Hidetada training with the Dragon Slayer himself, Rich Gaspari of Gaspari Nutrition.

Unlike Generation Iron 2, the Heart Of A Dragon Hidetada Yamagishi documentary is entirely free. The production team behind it has uploaded it to the Generation Iron YouTube channel, which is what we have embedded above.
