After finding Cellucor’s first Ultimate Series supplement, the pre-workout C4 Ultimate, to be a very complete and impressive experience. We knew we had to try more of the brand’s Ultimate products if it ended up coming out with any. Over the past few months, Cellucor has been doing exactly that, launching Super HD, P6, and NO3 Ultimate.
Loaded pump pre-workout
Of the three supplements, NO3 Ultimate caught our attention best with its loaded and fully transparent pump formula. The product brings together a combination of 4g of citrulline, 1.5g of Nitrosigine, a gram of arginine AKG, half a gram of NO3-T arginine nitrate, grape seed, and 30mg of ResVida trans-resveratrol.
Over the past week or so we’ve been running NO3 Ultimate through a variety of workouts and can tell you this one delivers just as good as C4 Ultimate. We haven’t seen a massive amount of stimulant free pump pre-workouts lately, although regardless, NO3 Ultimate has turned out to be one of the best we’ve had this year.
Dense and full pumps
After throwing back a full serving of NO3 Ultimate which is a level scoop, you may not notice too much in your first exercise or two. It isn’t until about 10 to 20 minutes of working out that the supplement’s pump power really starts to show itself.
While NO3 Ultimate’s pump loaded experience does take a moment to get going, once it does it’s pretty full on. You’ll find that not only does it become a lot easier to fill up whatever muscle or group you’re working, but it’s a quality dense pump that is definitely beyond what you can achieve regularly.
After you finish a few sets with NO3 Ultimate building to full effect, that’s when the whole experience gets even more interesting. Not only do the muscle pumps stay consistently strong through to the end of your workout, but they spread. We found that it can get so intense that muscles you may not be primarily focusing on get pumped, such as forearms during biceps and shoulders on chest and back days.
NO3 Ultimate delivers
As mentioned earlier, NO3 Ultimate comes through just as well if not better than C4 Ultimate. The powerhouse pump product delivers beyond what we’ve experienced with a lot of its competitors, almost to the point where it over-delivers. It is certainly one of those pre-workouts where you’ll want to measure your arms, chest, or legs afterward as they will be notably fuller.
