All you need to do to get yourself in the running for the massive prize is design a shirt suitable of course for Chaos and Pain. Once you’ve got it all finished, post it on Facebook using the hashtag #yearofpreworkout, and email it with your contact info to sales@chaosandpain.com.
Chaos and Pain has said that any of the designs picked will get that year’s supply of Cannibal Ferox, which by the sounds of things means there could be more than one winner.
