Twinlab has been on a campaign as of late promoting the benefits of a full blend of essential amino acids over branched chain amino acids, also known as BCAAs. What is REAAL
The veteran company Twinlab has now officially introduced its answer to the EAA revolution with the muscle repairing and building supplement REAAL. It features a specific, patented blend of EAAs that’s proven to be “3X more effective than Whey Protein and 32X more effective than BCAAs” at stimulating protein synthesis.
Ingredients
The full formula listed on the label of Twinlab’s REAAL features a 3.6g blend of all nine essential amino acids. In order from heaviest to lightest, those aminos are leucine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, arginine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, histidine, and tryptophan.
A few other highlights worth mentioning for REAAL are that it is free of colors and dyes, so its powder does mix clear. It also has a low amount carbohydrates and calories, with each serving of 3.6g of aminos coming with a gram of fiber and 4g of protein, for a total of 20 calories.
