Grenade has added another on-the-go protein solution to its reputable Carb Killa family of convenient protein products. The new addition to the lineup is Carb Killa Brownie, a brownie style bar packed full of protein.
The nutrition profile for Grenade’s new Carb Killa Brownie doesn’t have a protein to calorie ratio as good as a regular Carb Killa bar; however, it is still heavy on protein. Each 60g brownie provides 15g of protein, 11g of fat (6g saturated), 17g of carbohydrates with only 2g of that sugar, and a total of 220 calories.
