Essential Aminos is John Meadows’ amino competitor from his completely revamped brand, Granite Supplements. It features a pretty straightforward combination of ingredients, bringing together a full blend of EAAs for muscle protein synthesis and recovery support, as well as electrolytes for hydration.
The formula behind Granite Supplements’ Essential Aminos can be seen below in its official facts panel. It features over 7g of aminos, including all nine essential amino acids and 6g of BCAAs, 750mg of taurine, and a handful of electrolytes.
The Granite Supplements amino cocktail is due to be available on Monday the 18th of this month along with the rest of the brand’s updated lineup. Essential Aminos packs the usual 30 servings per tub and is due to release in at least one flavor with Strawberry Lemonade.
