The video was uploaded mid last week and is well worth a watch for those longtime 5% Nutrition and Rich Piana fans. It includes classic Piana quotes such as his good morning greeting and shake time, as well as several entertaining moments from the life of Rich.
The good news is that 5% Nutrition has called this short compilation video, Best Moments Part One. That would suggest the brand has plans to share more videos like this, which we suspect fans would want to see since Part One already has just shy of 30k views.
