MET-Rx introduces Whey Protein Cookie Bites with 12g of protein per bag

The long-running supplement company MET-Rx, has introduced an all-new, very obviously named protein snack called Whey Protein Cookie Bites. The product is exactly what it sounds like, a bag of small bite size cookies that are packed with whey protein.

The new MET-Rx protein snack is inspired by freshly baked cookies and is made using real food ingredients such as eggs, peanuts, and chocolate chips. Each bag of the product provides 12g of protein, 23g of carbohydrates with 9g of that sugar, 10g of fat, and a total of 200 calories.

As you can see in the Whey Protein Cookie Bites’ nutrition profile above, it’s not quite as lean as your typical protein bar. With a calorie count in the same area as some protein bars but not the protein amount, we’d consider the product an ideal treat, so long as its taste is on point.

MET-Rx’s latest supplement creation doesn’t appear to be available just yet, although it is now listed on the brand’s website. It is said to be launching sometime soon and is coming in two flavor options with Chocolate Peanut Butter and a traditional Chocolate Chip.
