Ground-Based introduces its unique, ketogenic and plant-based protein Keto Fit

ground-based ketofit

The plant-based supplement company appropriately named Ground-Based Nutrition, has announced an all-new family of products. There are a total of two entirely new supplements in the brand’s new line with the plant-based ketogenic protein Keto Fit, and a slightly more basic MCT formula simply titled C8 MCT Oil Powder.

Ground-Based Nutrition’s Keto Fit is an entirely natural product providing 15g of protein, 2g of fiber, a solid 15g of fat (13g saturated), and a total of 200 calories. The ingredients behind that nutrition profile include the plant protein sources pea, pumpkin, and quinoa protein, as well as a fats blend featuring coconut and avocado oil, and MCTs.

As for the other new Ground-Based Nutrition supplement C8 MCT Oil Powder, it is as simple as it sounds. A full serving of the product weighs in at 10g and provides 7g of fat, a gram of protein, 2g of carbohydrates, and a total of 80 calories. C8 MCT also has quite the variety of flavors with Unflavored, Vanilla, and Hazelnut.

Ground-Based Nutrition’s Keto Fit is now in stock and available for purchase from the brand’s website, although that’s not the case just yet for the C8 MCT Oil Powder. The plant-based ketogenic protein Keto Fit comes in the one Cinnamon Roll flavor and directly from the brand, it will cost you $49.99 with a total of 15 servings per tub.
