Redcon1’s long-awaited, cereal piece protein bar B.A.R. (Breakfast At The Ready), is now available for purchase. We were fortunate enough to review the product last year and enjoyed all three of its delicious flavors, Rainbow Breakfast, Fruity Cereal, and Crunchy Cinnamon Bits.

The new Redcon1 protein bar provides 20g of protein with 20g of carbohydrates, and 4g of fat for a total of 190 calories. The brand’s own website is one of the first places stocking B.A.R. and for the same price as its first-ever edible product, the game-changing MRE Bar.

The cost on a box of 12 Redcon1 B.A.R.s is $34.99, which works out to just under $3 per bar. The brand is also running a sale through until Sunday where you can get 33% off by using a special code from any one of its athletes such as “SHAW33” from Brian Shaw.
