The other side of Enlightened’s delicious and creamy Keto Collection of ice cream, is now available with its four ice cream bars. The brand’s keto-friendly series is quite different from its original line ice cream products with a lower amount of protein, low net carbohydrates, and a high amount of fat.
The four flavors of Enlightened’s Keto Collection ice cream bars are Marshmallow Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and Dark Chocolate. To give you an idea on the macros the Dark Chocolate ice cream bar comes with 3g of protein, 16g of fat, a gram of net carbs, and 180 calories.
The nutrition profile of Enlightened’s other keto-friendly ice cream bars is about the same as the Dark Chocolate, with only a couple of numbers varying. Just like the Keto Collection ice cream pints, you can purchase the new bars from the brand’s website at 16 bars for $3 each or 32 bars for $2.12 each.
