4+ introduces another controlled-release formula this time with creatine

4 plus nutrition crea phase

Our favorite Italian supplement company 4+ Nutrition, has introduced another product this month utilizing controlled-release technology. Over the past few months, we’ve seen the brand launch two supplements with that type of technology in the multi-vitamin CronoVitamin+ and the amino formula +BCAA.

4+ Nutrition’s newest controlled-release product is Crea Phase+, which is made with patented biphasic, Creafast gastro-resistant tablets. The idea behind time-releasing creatine is that it leads to more optimized uptake of the ingredient and ensures your muscles fully absorb the dose packed into each tablet.

The creatine 4+ Nutrition uses in Crea Phase+ is the tried and true creatine monohydrate. It is dosed of a gram per tablet with the brand recommending as many as six tablets per day. You can pick up the latest 4+ Nutrition supplement from its website at €60 (65.76 USD) per 240 count bottle.
