The makers of Snap Nutrition and its delicious Rice Krispie style Ooh Snap Bar, have come out with an all-new functional brand named Genius Gourmet. Currently Genius Gourmet has just the one product under its name and on the market with a keto-friendly high protein snack simply called Keto Bar.
True to its name, Genius Gourmet’s Keto Bar packs a high amount of fat at 13g per bar, with slightly less protein at 10g, low net carbohydrates at 3g, and a total of 170 calories. All of those numbers are the same for both of the keto-friendly snack’s two flavors with Chocolate Dream and Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate.
Genius Gourmet’s first product is gluten-free and made with premium MCTs, almonds, and shea oil, as well as whey and milk protein to give it that high 10g of protein per bar.
While we have no idea on what Genius Gourmet’s Keto Bar looks like or what kind of build it has, we’re pretty confident it’s going to be delicious. As mentioned, Genius Gourmet does only have the one product available at the moment, although that may not be the case for long. The snack brand describes itself as a provider of “Deliciously Smart Ketogenic Snacks”, which certainly hints at plans of having more than just its original Keto Bar.
