Due to demand, the popular healthy ice cream company Enlightened, has taken one of its pint flavors and turned it into an option for its Ice Cream Bar. The flavor that has made the transition into the more mobile ice cream on-a-stick format is the brand’s rather unique combination of fudge brownie and cookie dough, named Brownies and Cookie Dough.
Enlightened has retained the theme for the new Brownies and Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bar. It is chocolate-flavored ice cream, with chunks of cookie dough, fudge brownie, and chocolate chips throughout. A single bar of the flavor provides 7g of protein, 17g of carbohydrates with only 4g of that sugar, 3.5g of fat, and a very reasonable calorie count of 90.
The transformed Brownies and Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bar is already available from some of Enlightened’s major stockists, including the supermarkets HEB and Giant Eagle.
