The I Am Tasty protein bar from Got7 Nutrition in Germany is one of, if not the leanest protein snack on the market. The product’s previously only White Chocolate Crispy flavor packs a hefty 31g of protein with only 2g of sugar and 220 calories. Basically, you get the same calories as a lot of other protein bars, but with about 50% more protein.
Got7 Nutrition has now finally introduced a second flavor for its incredibly lean I Am Tasty protein bar with Peanut Butter Crispy, which is equally as great macro wise. An entire 60g bar of the new Peanut Butter Crispy I Am Tasty provides 30g of protein, 16g of carbohydrates with less than 2g of that sugar, and 6.5g of fat, for a total of 221 calories.
Got7 Nutrition’s second flavor for the I Am Tasty protein bar is available to order by stores and stockists starting this week, so fans can probably expect to see it on shelves across Europe soon.
