Rise takes Hate’s stim blend and creates another pre-workout called Hate Micro

Last year Rise Performance introduced Hate, the most packed out pre-workout supplement we’ve seen to date with a huge 46g serving size, albeit a lot of that is made up of EAAs and carbohydrates. With all of the hefty ingredients jammed into Hate, it obviously has a big price tag with a tub of 15 full servings costing $69.99 over at A1 Supplements.

Rise Performance has now launched a spin-off of Hate called Hate Micro, which essentially takes the stimulant blend from the original, and puts it into a supplement all on its own. Hate Macro doesn’t feature exactly all of the same ingredients for energy and focus as Hate, but it does carry over the majority of them to deliver a stimulant-heavy experience.

The energy and focus blend in Hate Micro weighs in at 1.34g and is made up of alpha-GPC, caffeine, Infinergy dicaffeine malate, synephrine, hordenine, caffeine citrate, TeaCrine, 5-HTP, and huperzine A. The pre-workout does have a couple of other features alongside the blend with 750mg of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine and 3.2g of beta-alanine for performance.

You can grab Rise Performance’s more compact Hate spin-off from A1 Supplements, and as you’d expect with significantly fewer ingredients, Hate Micro is much cheaper than the original. Instead of being $69.99 for 15 servings, Micro is $39.99 for a tub of 20 full servings, and currently, you can get two for that price, working out to $20 each.
