The Japanese brand Be Legend, who is fairly frequent when it comes to collaborative releases as we saw in the first few months of the year, is back with another intriguing partnership. The brand’s latest collaboration sees it team up with a popular manga once again, with the series this time around being Kengan Ashura, for a special edition flavor of its protein powder.
The formula behind Be Legend’s latest supplement partnership is relatively typical, with 20.3g of protein coming from whey, 5.2g of carbohydrates, 1.5g of fat, and 115 calories. Where things get interesting is in the flavor, which is Kengan Ginger Ale. The Japanese brand has even made the product slightly carbonated to ensure it delivers a realistic ginger ale experience.
You can pick up Be Legend’s Kengan Ashura Ginger Ale protein powder from its retail partner Real Style at the supplement’s usual price of ¥3,200 (29.86 USD) for a 1kg bag. To make the launch a little more complete, the brand has also put together a tee featuring the same graphic as the collaborative protein powder, available in black or white.
