A couple of years ago, Animal put together and released a limited-edition fall flavor for its mainstream protein powder Animal Whey, exclusively available at Bodybuilding.com. It was a flavor inspired by the classic baked treat, apple pie, and named exactly that. The hardcore legacy brand dropped the flavor in just the one 2lb tub size, leaving out its larger 4lb tub and 10lb bag.
Animal has brought back its original Apple Pie Animal Whey to close out September, and once again, it’s a limited time product. Another interesting detail about the return of the flavor is that it’s not exclusive to Bodybuilding.com this time around. The brand has made the Apple Pie Animal Whey available through its own website, but still only in the one 2lb tub size priced at $30.95.
