Nutritech the first to use innovative plant-based NiHPRO in its newest protein powder

Nutritech Nihpro Protein Isolate

Nutritech, a well-established name in South Africa’s sports nutrition space, has rolled out a new protein innovation built on NiHTEK’s next-generation technology. The brand has introduced NiHPRO Protein Isolate, a completely dairy-free formula made for performance as well as everyday use. The plant-based supplement stands apart from traditional protein products, leveraging a novel ingredient that is still very new to the industry.

The standout in Nutritech’s NiHPRO Protein Isolate is its use of the hydrolyzed NiHPRO blend, made from pea, rice, and mung bean protein, plus added lysine, leucine, and methionine for a more complete balance of essential amino acids. This precise combination delivers a clean 26g of protein in a 32g serving with no sugar, cholesterol, or lactose, and less than a gram each of carbohydrates and fat.

Nihtek Innovative Nihpr System

Again, it is the NiHPRO that makes Nutritech’s NiHPRO Protein Isolate so unique, with its innovative production process enhancing the bioavailability and digestibility of the plant proteins and greatly improving the taste. The result is a source of protein that you could use in place of whey and its legendary features and benefits, but NiHPRO is plant-based and vegan-friendly, making it usable by a broader audience.

Nutritech is the first to utilize NiHPRO in South Africa, in its newly released NiHPRO Protein Isolate, and it’s also one of the first few to use the ingredient entirely from the sports nutrition side. The supplement is priced a bit above some of the brand’s other protein powders at R599 (33.58 USD) for 2lbs. That’s still a long way off Nutritech’s whey-based Premium Whey at R499 for 2lbs and its six-source product, Proven Protein at R299.
