Latest MST supplement combines seven different types of creatine

The European brand MST Nutrition, who typically does straightforward type supplements, has something a little more complex this week, although it is a traditionally simply product. ‘Creatine Kick’, is the latest creation from the growing brand, which is a creatine formula; however, it doesn’t come with just one or two forms of the long-running ingredient.

MST Nutrition’s Creatine Kick is promoted as a ‘7-in-1’ supplement, due to the fact it features seven different types of creatine to support muscle strength and size. Those types are buffered creatine, creatine citrate, creatine pyruvate, creatine phosphate, creatine HCl, tri-creatine malate, and of course, the tried and true, creatine monohydrate.

MTS Nutrition has not confirmed the combined dosage of all of those forms of creatine in Creatine Kick, but if it’s like most blended creatine products, they’ll total around 5g per serving. The supplement appears to be out now or at least coming soon to retailers in Europe, and it is flavored, making it a little more difficult to stack with a Peach Ice Tea flavor.
