MTS Nutrition revamps its higher stimulant pre-workout MTS Ruckus

mts ruckus revamp

MTS Nutrition has revamped, reformulated, and relaunched its higher-stimulant pre-workout this week, the nitrate-based MTS Ruckus. The last time the brand updated the supplement was back in 2017, where it put more servings into every tub and added the ingredient theobromine. For 2020, MTS has made more changes, although as well as adding ingredients this time around, it’s also removed some.

The all-new MTS Nutrition Ruckus still aims to deliver a strong combination of increased energy and mental focus, and improved pumps and performance. The ingredients the brand has carried over for Ruckus’ revamp are 250mg of caffeine anhydrous, sustained-release VitaShure caffeine at a slightly higher 159mg as there is no Infinergy in there anymore, 150mg elevATP, and 1.5g of premium NO3-T betaine nitrate.

As for the ingredients removed and added to the 2020 edition of MTS Ruckus, there is no longer taurine in the supplement, nor theobromine, hordenine, n-methyltyramine, and as mentioned, no more Infinergy. The pre-workout additions include n-acetyl-l-tyrosine in place of regular l-tyrosine at the same amount of 1.5g per serving and 3g of pure citrulline.

As you can see, MTS Nutrition has made quite a few changes to its higher energy pre-workout, enough that it should provide a slightly but noticeably different experience, although with that same balance of energy, focus, pumps, and a bit of performance. You can grab the updated supplement starting this week from the home of MTS, Tiger Fitness, where a tub of 25 servings will cost you $24.99.
